Long story short, mother does not have custody of my children, but has them every weekend from Friday to Monday. Only temporary orders now in place. Mother pays for health insurance, and child’s therapy bills are denied coverage for lacking appropriate icd-10 codes. Guardian takes child to therapy, mother has only been one time because it’s usually on a Tuesday. Mother calls therapist and requests updated billing with appropriate codes. Therapist refuses to give mother ANY information on child (age 4) because mother is not on the chart, and requests guardian to authorize release of information. Guardian does not think it’s necessary to sign authorization because guardian is the person to take child to the appointments. Guardian has also taken mother off of mychart for the children, mother called mychart and was directed to go into hospital (or anywhere with a supervisor) to get access to medical records. She did, and no one was able to give her access or print outs of children’s medical records. What legally can mother do to access her children’s medical records?

I have repaired the game, I have gone through my CC folder and removed any mods that could be conflicting it but nothing works does anyone have any idea what the issue could be not sure if its a CC issue and also a base game issue.

Recently the 1st Sgt for 11th reg decided that all barracks marines must get rid of any extra furniture or appliances that they may have acquired in the time they’ve been here (including decorations, tvs and gaming consoles) and put the rooms back to how they were when you were first given your room. Obviously that’s a great way to lower morale and make the enlisted bachelors lives miserable. My question is, what are the rules to moving off base and getting bah. Do you need to be married or can you do it as a single marine? Can I just go get an apartment with a buddy or am I obligated to stay in the barracks and continue putting up with this?

I’m in GM BRUH. Do GM players have to be told to look at your supports? A support does one time by one of these characters don’t you think it’s smart to maybe just maybe protect them? Don’t get me started on my teams Captain America who has 500 health plus a shield and is 1v6ing for what? Or even better why are we playing Iron Man vs a SPIDERMAN. Five Laps at Freddy's - Heavy reveals, massively ignored.

So, after a bunch of thought about this game I've decided to make a post about it. I've realized that, even though it's used as evidence for TalesGames and AftonMM, in reality it's pretty much ignored when it has a lot more than just *those* pieces of lore. Actually, I believe it explains what happened after RUIN and Help Wanted 2... # CHAPTER 1: Steam Page In the Steam Page we're revealed quite some things. * Fazbear Entertainment sponsored the actual game * You can break bones on the game * FNaF is literally called FNaF in the games The fact that it's sponsored by Fazbear makes me believe that it's meant to tell us that in reality, this game is set in games timeline. After all, there's one thing that calls most of my attention. *The endo*... >use too much boost or take too many hits and you may end up on The Nightshift where not only do you have to worry about winning, you'll also have to avoid an angry endoskeleton who's on the hunt for you! ***Five Laps at Freddy's - Steam Description*** Highlight the fact that it's an endoskeleton, why? *The design*. Some people say that it's name is "Endo Wolf" or something like that, but the Official Kart Safety Training Video made by Clickteam debunks that name, Why do I mention it? (The file names for the characters aren't to be totally trusted, I mean, "Burntrap" wasn't meant to be named Burntrap but the name was left in the files) Notice these details about the endo: * It has no legs * Its design resembles rather a wolf or, at least to me, a tiger * The Icon highlights the top side of the head, it has a triangle-like shape on it... Just like "Tiger" (David's doll seen on HW2) * When the endo kills someone it desappears into small pieces, in a similar effect to how we see the security nodes of RUIN IRL. With this said, the strongest point is the fact that it has no legs. But either way, I've made myself clear with this, I believe that Fazbear continued after the Pizzaplex, but this time, sponsoring a group of people to make a kart game. Implying that they stayed around even after the mess that was the pizzaplex. I mean, Help Wanted 2 implied that they were desperate enough to keep the pizzaplex open in that destroyed way for some time untill they gave up. So, at some point after that, Fazbear sponsored another company this racing game, but what is it exactly? And why do I set it after RUIN? Well... # CHAPTER 2: Sinkhole & FNaF AR Turns out, in Five Laps at Freddy's there'sa level directly dedicated to the sinkhole:  There are a bunch of weird details there. Such as: * The room that connects Roxy Raceways to the sinkhole is more destroyed than before * The mushroom cave expanded through the whole sinkhole * The Pizza Place is totally destroyed * The fact that Fazbear allows this to be there implies that its existence is now common knowdlege. Actually, the description says that it's part of the raceway, implying one of two things: 1. The updates seen in Security Breach were meant to connect the sinkhole to the raceway 2. Fazbear disguised the Sinkhole as part of Roxy Raceway I'd say that it's the second one, in Security Breach we're told that the employees building the upgrades didn't knew about the sinkhole. So that's big. But then, what about The Mimic? Did he escape? Well, Thanks to Help Wanted 2 we know precisely that The Mimic used the Lion suit during the chase with Cassie, implying that the canon ending is the Scooper Ending, the only one where he uses that suit. So, the actual animatronic is dead! But the story doesn't end there, nonono. Does anyone remember from what is made the 99% of the Pizzaplex according to Tales? *The Mimic AI*. Fazbear still has it. We know that it doesn't care about any ethics or stuff, it just wants to keep getting money! Ignoring the past, repeating the same mistakes. Meaning, Fazbear reused The Mimic AI, not learning from its mistakes. Actually, this confirms a bigger theory I've and many have had for a LONG time, at least since the HW2 Update came out or even BEFORE! Take a look... To the Gift Shop from Secret of The Mimic being in the Sinkhole!  Ok yeah it's not the same building but you can't lie to me. That stetic is obviously representing that building or something similar. I mean, they *do* have a similar look, but they're clearely not the same. But this could imply that the Fall Fest Factory was also burried underground together with the Gift Shop, implied ot be right to the side of it. This is *heavy* lore reveals that *no one* is talking about! But, what does FNaF AR have to do with Five Laps at Freddy's? Well, let me read you this simple Email from it: >**Q: Handset interface becomes increasingly obscured with static.** A: Our patented *Animstealth™* technology has been known to interfere with devices on the EM spectrum. **Shaking your device vigorously** will in most cases cause the static to recede. Remember to make sure to keep a firm hand on your device to avoid dropping it!***”*** ***FNaF AR: Special Delivery - Emails - Troubleshooting Guide: Disruption*** So, the interface we see in-game was actually in the phones of people! It was literally an *AR* (Aumented Reality), we know that the animatronics are phisical animatronics thanks to the main-story Emails, so, this implies that it's indeed an AR App that affects the animatronics. Also, I should mention that Fazbear adapted the glitches caused by Glitchtrap instead of fixing them, like the Alt-Skins or the literal Eternal Package and actually made the Animstealth AR App to solve the glitches without fixing them. Why do I mention this? Because of this literal line of the Steam Description: >PLEASE NOTE: Fazbear Entertainment is not responsible for road rash, broken bones, death and/or dismemberment. Please drive responsibly! ***Five Laps at Freddy's - Steam Description*** Implying that we indeded play IRL these games, but the fact that we can choose attractions, animatronics and customize the car makes me believe that the rest is done via AR. I mean, I believe that the laps are actual built places in the place we see at the beginning of the game:  See where I'm coming from? # CHAPTER 3: The Outside Now, something I must mention... there's one other location there. Just right next to the FLaF one:  There's the Lolbit seen in the first Clickteam Teaser for this game:  It's clearely not the same room as we see a wall to the right side if Lolbit, implying, this is *inside* the building. Which brings me to the door: Why is there a door? It's like the FNaF 1 doors! But the buttons are on the exterior, implying that we'll be entering from there and once we're inside we'll see the Lolbit teaser... But isn't it curious? We got a whole game that looks just like FNaF World, as if it was a spiritual sequel. But here's the thing, under that logic, this should have a secret story! Just like FNaF World has it's clocks ending. It seems to me like FLaF will have a secret story. One where we'll leave the racing game and enter the *other* location, there's Lolbit as we see in the window, this makes me beleive that inside that *other* building, where we'll most likely get new stuff, upgrades and / or new cars, we'll see more than that, a secret story tied to the lore. Actually, the TV that lolbit has behind it is an old one, one from the 90s. Taking in mind the recent topics of "story repeats itself", how the Kart Savety Video has an old VHS-like style (thing that was around from the late '70s to the early 2000s) and how the Race Select Screen has an old projector this makes me believe that Fazbear is not only low on budget, but is actually recicling this old stuff from the 90s and adding races + upgrading stuff to make profit of it. Like- Fazbear having an racing game in the 90s, one that wouldn't last 'till the 2000s because of the economical problems that Fazbear had, causing it to shut down. Years later, in the late 2030s, Fazbear Entertainment LLC, after the disaster that was the pizzaplex, they were almost bankrupt, I mean, they were desperate enough to want to keep the place open in that deteriorated state, so, when they closed it, they'd eventually find this old racing game, deciding to make profit of it, they'd use the FNaF franchise to their favor and would take this old racing game and make it Five Laps at Freddy's, with new races and everything being recycled. Still using The Mimic AI, now not just because it's cheap, but because they need it. It's very compelling, after all, there's literally the loads of references to 90s tech, but then there's the sinkhole level. Also, I know that I've already said that this was in the late 2030s, but I think we can give it a season, I mean, in the intro we see trees and mountains, they're still green, making me believe that this game is set in rather spring or summer. # CHAPTER 5: Conclusion // Timeline 1990s * Fazbear Entertainment opens a racing game, but things don't go as planned, the money is lacking, the people still look at Fazbear with bad eyes and they're desperate. So, the game closes down. 2030s * Fazbear Entertainment LLC is desperate, the Pizzaplex was destroyed by an earthquake the people found out about the sinkhole, they managed to cover it up destroying the Pizza Place and building a raceway over it, using the excuse of "it was meant to be an expansion of Roxy Raceways!" and in the meantime of those years, the sinkhole had been made bigger and bigger! The caves with mushrooms were found and these started expanding through the whole place. * Fazbear, now more desperate than ever, takes the Mimic AI and uses it to upgrade the old racing game from the 90s, with a small budget, they create an AR upgrade to it, add more levels and reopen it under the brand of the games they made, Five Nights at Freddy's, now as Five Laps at Freddy's. * Five Laps at Freddy's - Spring / Summer BUT HEYY! This was just me overanalizing a demo & a few teasers just because I'm bored, lazy and don't have social life! I really liked analizing this game and I'd want to analize it a lot more, but the game isn't out yet and most of the things here are or hypotesis or speculations, so take this with a grain of salt. 25 [F4M] — #Georgia(state) / #online ; friends, but romance is an option

First things first: romantic things fly right over my head. I can't tell if you're playing or flirting, legit. I'm 5’4” (5’5” maybe? Average height) with what is frequently called a ‘baby face’ which I don't know how to feel about. I’m on the pale side with freckles, red (auburn I think is technically is? My hair looks brown but in the light it's red, apparently?) hair, hazel-green eyes– I am on the heavier side; not too big but I do have weight to me. I run warm so, am a furnace. I don't like my voice (I've been told I'm ‘too loud’ far too many times for me to not want to ever talk again) but sometimes I say things funny and make myself laugh so… a very important thing to note about me is that I have social anxiety. Nicknames are definitely cute to me, so, I'm open to them! I haven't traveled outside of my state in years, and even when I did it was a quick trip to Cocoa Beach, Florida, when I was younger. So I'm not well-travelled and honestly the idea of travel scares me because I'm ✨ dense ✨ and my attention span isn't good so… 🤷 and I have a strong attachment to my cat and don't like to think about leaving him. In terms of music I love rock, but really I don't mind the genre. (A friend has been trying to get me into Ghost and I have to say I enjoy them too) However if you're coming at me over facts over them I'm not your girl, I just like their songs and how they sound/their message. I love fun facts, but I'm not here to debate things. I ADORE tattoos (though my pain tolerance isn't the best I'd like to eventually get one in honor of my family) so if you have one, tell me about it! If you don't have any, don't like them, that's okay too. I'm simply stating one of the things I enjoy. Do I know how to do tarot? No. Am I amazed by it? Yes. It was actually because I saw a Tarot reading that I decided to finally attempt all this. Or maybe I'm just thinking I'm ready. Maybe I gave the Tarot too much credit for things about love; then again it was GENERAL reading that got in my head, haha. I have a few animals, well the family does! Cats, dogs, a vicious chicken. If you don't like animals then I'm probably not for you. I think my craziest dream animal would have to be an owl - I'd love to interact with one for real. The wildest animal I've probably oned was a squirrel... or an opossum. Raccoon too, when I was a kid. I'm more of a homebody. I don't enjoy parties or social things as I'm quite an anxious person (I can handle some people but put me in a crowd and I start to go a little weak in the knees, pathetic I know but is reality) unless I'm with someone I know and that will allow me to follow them like an ugly duckling. Which is exactly why I'm stressing, again, that I don't like voice calls. I abhor my voice, I abhor the way my mind draws a blank when I try to think of something to say— it's a lot of pressure. My love language is spending time with my partner and learning them (even if I don't have the best memory), so obviously I love to find out things about others, but I also will adapt to what you like as a show of love! That being said: I do like to lovingly tease those I'm close with. But also when I get close and comfortable with you I'm the type to Discord call and us relax/exist for hours— however due to nerves I'd have to work up to do that with you. I'm also fond of holding holds/hugs/etc but am always too scared to actually do that first because I do NOT want to bother anyone with being in their bubble uninvited. If you're looking for a relationship then you need to know I require time and actual information about you as a person to even think of you romantically (I think it's branded ‘demi’? I don't know. I need a substantial bond before I even remotely consider a relationship seriously). What's more than that: I'm not going to play games with anyone that pursued me romantically; I don't care if you're older, slightly younger, than me or what you look like as long as you're a decent person. I don't mind your nationality, where you are. Also be aware that right now I've stopped working in order to be with my mother— she's failing in her health —but also to help her. It's going to take a bit to actually respond. What you'd get out of me, if we eventually do date, would be… uh, an emotional mess? An overthinker? A boring potato? I might be sensitive, lmao. What is the appeal of Quentin Tarantino movies?

He's the only director that I was never able to get into. I never liked Pulp Fiction, I couldn't even finish Reservoir Dogs because I found it really boring. My favorite film of his is probably Inglorious Bastards, but even then I didn’t enjoy it that much. The Hateful Eight looked really nice, but was really cartoonish and surface-level. His movies are just too over-the-top and I often find myself cringing at the dialogue, seems to be style over substance. I think the Coen Brothers do the whole darkly comedic crime thriller way better. Tarantino movies just feel like nerd fantasies to me.

Charge N' Slam is literally just an close range instakill and needs a rework.

I'll probably get downvoted to hell for this since this sub absolutely hates it when someone criticizes Heavy in any way shape or form. **TLDR;** Charge N' Slam is currently is nothing more than a instant panic button to get a cheap kill whenever you are in unfavorable situation at close range, plus it allows you have a close range insta kill while also having a gun with longer range then a shotgun or melee. Instead of doing insane damage at the start, the charge should start out slow and weak but get progressively faster and stronger. The initial hit of the charge deals 130 dmg, after that each consecutive hit deals 50 dmg + you can jump to slam and get another hit in and cancel the charge early. And if your opponent manages to survive a couple of hits from the charge they'll be very easy to finish off with your gun as the charge will knock them back into an unfavorable position, and only a dashing/grappling light will be able to run away most of the time. All of this combined with the fact that the charge activates almost instantly makes it a near death sentence to anyone who even thinks to get close to you. Oh and it has an extremely short cooldown of 12 seconds, so you almost always have this in your back pocket whenever you are about to die. If you think that all of that doesn't sound that bad, I'd like to remind you that this is a specialization. So, while Light and Medium have to fully commit to playing only close range with a shotgun or melee, Heavy can have a close range insta kill while also being able to have gun with longer range than melee or a shotgun (IE Deagles, Lewis, M60, Shak 50, etc.), making them extremely versatile at any range except sniper range and also being to counter close range players. **Literally no other skill or gadget in the game allows you to do this.** And it also has some very nice utility. The speed boost from the charge makes it great to run from enemies or chase them and being able to destroy an entire building by just slamming your head against the walls is pretty useful to drop the cash out station. **My rework proposal is this**: Make it so the charge starts out a little slower and fairly weak in terms of damage but gets progressively faster and each hit get stronger until it deals the full 130 dmg at the end of the charge. This way you'll still have the utility of the speed boost, the destruction and the damage while not being able insta kill button whenever you are about to die. I already said this in the beginning, but I know most people in this sub will downvote and say skill issue, but think about it. Why should the class with the highest health in the game, and some of the best close range weaponry also have a close range instakill that deploys instantly?
